Warranty, Return, Refund

We offer you a life-time limited warranty. If the product you receive have defect, please contact us through email within 7 days. Products found to be defective will be exchanged or repaired free of charge. However, we will not pay shipping, insurance, or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties, and taxes. All the return, exchange, refund takes 7 days. These are conditions which warranty, return, exchange, or refund not applicable.

  1. Is not purchased from Starke official website
  2. Is sale item
  3. Is missing the warranty card
  4. Is missing the packaging
  5. Caused by improper usage
  6. Intentional damage
  7. Normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials
  8. Damages as a result of neglected care, as well as damages from attempted self-repair
  9. Theft / loss
  10. Is wet or have odor

Warranty

  1. Buyer should not ship back a broken or damaged product without prior contact with Starke customer service (who may provide claim instructions).
  2. Warranty is not transferable
  3. Life time warranty coverage tearing on the leather
  4. If your product meet the requirements above, please contact Starke customer service, inform your order number and attach pictures as a proof.
  5. Replacement product may have different color from the original product

Return/Exchange

  1. Buyer should not ship back a broken or damaged product without prior contact with Starke customer service (who may provide return instructions)
  2. Please contact our customer service and inform your order number and the reason for an exchange
  3. It is not possible to return or exchange the product. So, spend time as much as you want on our website before check out
  4. Return/Exchange process will start if we have received the product first.

Refund

  1. Buyer should not ship back a broken or damaged product without prior contact with Starke customer service (who may provide refund instructions)
  2. Items that are returned cannot be refunded
  3. Items that are paid cannot be refunded
  4. If there is any failure in our inventory system such as missing stock or empty stock but the customers has paid the order then the missing items are allowed to be refunded by Starke.
  5. If the customer paid an available items and unavailable items, only the unavailable items will be refunded.
